Our baking powder combines pure cream of tartar, bicarbonate of soda and organic corn starch.

Aluminum free and Gluten free.

(in order of amount of ingredients): *corn starch*, acid:cream of tartar(24.7% monopotassium tartate), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate(bi-carb soda)
