Seven Seed Cob is a traditional 600g-gourmet cob made with a blend of wholemeal spelt and wholemeal rye with the addition of sesame seed, poppy seed, roasted sesame seed, linseed, sunflower seed and kibbled maize. This bread with its wholemeal flour and the health benefits of our wholesome seed mix gives this product a low Glycemic Index or GI, combine this with a low salt content and you have a very healthy combination that should be included in everyones diet.
